With over 14 years of hands-on experience in UK and European real estate, JC Bae founded NterSpace to bridge the gap between global investors and the UK property market. He specialises in BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Refinance, Rent), flipping, and buy-to-let strategies — consistently delivering above-market returns across London, Liverpool, and Lisbon.
Beyond property, JC is a serial entrepreneur — he co-founded OFFBLAK, a wellness tea brand that appeared on BBC Dragons' Den and won The Grocer Gold Awards 2022 Start-up of the Year, and 3Kobros, a London food delivery company. He also spent 6 years as an advanced engineering consultant at Altran/Ford Motor and BMW/MINI. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
